We’re Dedicated to Modern, Comfortable Dental Experiences
- Intraoral Cameras: See exactly what your dentist sees
- CEREC: Custom-made crowns in just one appointment
- Digital X-rays: Sharper images & less radiation
One of the most fundamental obstacles in all of dental care is a very basic one: patients can’t actually see what their dentist is talking about when it comes to their smile, leaving many feeling left in the dark during their appointments. Thankfully, our intraoral cameras make this longstanding problem a thing of the past.
This small, wand-like instrument fits easily into the mouth to capture close-up, high-resolution images of the teeth and gums we can then display on a monitor right in the treatment room. For new patients, we can show them where we’re starting with their smile, and for our ongoing patients, we can quickly show them the results of a treatment they have recently undergone. This tool makes appointments much more transparent and ensures that our patients and our team are always on the same page when it comes to their care, leading to peace of mind.
We use X-rays every single day in our practice to find and diagnose hidden dental problems, and to make this tool even better, we’ve gone fully digital. Compared to traditional film X-rays, digital X-rays take much less time to create images, they capture more detail, and better yet, they emit less radiation as well—up to 90% less! It’s also easy for us to quickly show these X-rays to a patient so they can go over and better understand them with their dentist.
CEREC® 1-Visit Crowns & Digital Impressions
Repairing a tooth with a dental crown used to require at least two visits to a dental office and a messy impression using dental putty. CEREC instantly solves both of these problems! Using computer-aided design/manufacturing technology, we can now design, fabricate, and place a completely custom-made crown in just ONE easy appointment, all without an uncomfortable impression either! A patient simply comes into our office, has their tooth quickly scanned, and about an hour later, they’ll walk out with a high-quality dental crown made just for them.
In the past, treating the gums usually involved a scalpel and sutures, but thankfully, we’re no longer in the past! With our soft tissue laser, we can precisely and painlessly eliminate harmful gum disease bacteria, remove infected tissue, and even provide cosmetic gum lifts without causing any swelling, sensitivity, or bleeding. The laser is so gentle, in fact, that most patients don’t even need local anesthetic to stay comfortable during a treatment!
