KJ graduated from the dental hygiene program at Phoenix College and joined the Desert Vista Dental West team in July 2004. She loves being part of an office where everyone has fun and laughs together. One of the things she enjoys most about her career is the lasting relationships she has built with her patients. Over the years, KJ has gotten to know not only her patients, but their families as well. She has had the privilege of watching her patients’ children grow up and even welcome children of their own.

KJ is a native of Arizona, is married and has four children, three granddaughters, and one grandson. She has rescued two dogs, an oversized Goldendoodle named Rocco and a Border Collie mix named Jasper. When not in the office, she loves spending time outdoors, especially at the beach and in warm weather. In her free time, she enjoys working out, staying active, and spending time with her family. KJ and our Office Manager, Stacy, have known each other since childhood!

Ashley earned her Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from the University of Wyoming and her Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene from Northern Wyoming Community College, completing both degrees in 2013.

Ashley loves being part of the team at Desert Vista Dental West, where providing exceptional care in a fun, welcoming, and comfortable environment is a top priority. She is dedicated to building lasting relationships with her patients while helping them achieve healthy, beautiful smiles.

Originally from Wyoming, Ashley has called Arizona home for more than 20 years and settled in Goodyear in 2023. Outside the office, she enjoys playing in a golf league, paddleboarding, tackling home improvement projects, exploring new places, and embarking on new adventures with her boyfriend. She also continues to work as a CAD drafter for an architectural firm, combining her passion for dentistry with her expertise in design.

Kristie is a Registered Dental Hygienist with 31 years of experience and a passion for providing exceptional patient care. Her dental career began during her 26 years of service in the United States Air Force, where she had the privilege of caring for patients in four different countries while providing dental care to underserved communities. Her military experience helped shape her commitment to service, compassion, and treating every patient with the highest level of care.

A proud military brat, Kristie was raised in Tucson, Arizona. Her first duty assignment brought her to Luke Air Force Base, and she has proudly called the West Valley home since 2000. She loves creating a comfortable and welcoming environment where patients feel valued, heard, and at ease. Kristie believes that great dental care goes beyond the treatment itself—it is about building lasting relationships through trust, compassion, and personalized care. She especially enjoys educating her patients and helping them develop healthy habits that allow them to maintain confident, beautiful smiles for a lifetime.

Kristie and her husband married in 2009 and she is a proud mom of two daughters, along with two wonderful bonus children who are now thriving adults. She loves spending time with her family, cheering on her daughters at volleyball tournaments, and staying active. Kristie also enjoys supporting the military community through her family’s small coffee-roasting business. And wherever the family goes, their rescue pittie mix, Kona, is never far behind.

Kristie’s dedication to serving others has been a meaningful part of both her professional and personal life, and she feels fortunate to continue that tradition by caring for patients and being part of the Desert Vista Dental West family.

Since 2001, Margaret has been passionate about dentistry, beginning her career as a dental assistant before becoming a dental hygienist 12 years later. She graduated from an accredited dental hygiene program in Chicago Heights, Illinois, where she was honored to receive the Scaler Award. The Scaler Award honors outstanding graduates who demonstrate exceptional clinical skills, talent, and proficiency in patient care and instrumentation.

Margaret truly enjoys helping patients achieve their best oral health while building meaningful relationships along the way. She loves being part of a practice that values teamwork, where no question is ever too much to ask, everyone is always willing to help, and the doctors genuinely take the time to listen to and care for each patient.

Outside of work, Margaret’s world revolves around her family. She and her husband are both originally from Poland, have been happily married since 2014, and are raising two incredible children. Her son amazes her every day with his wisdom and intelligence beyond his years, while her daughter has one of the biggest hearts and is one of the most caring people she knows. Her children inspire her every day and remind her of what truly matters. Her family is her greatest joy and the inspiration behind everything she does.

Angela graduated from the Apollo College dental assisting program. She joined the Desert Vista Dental West team in 2009 and enjoys working for a dentist who truly loves what they do and values providing high-quality care. Angela has worked with Dr. Collier since 2007, and patients love that the two of them seem to almost read each other’s minds when they work together.

Angela and her husband, Erik, were married in 2008. Both were born and raised in Arizona, although they spent two years living in Las Vegas before returning home. She and her husband have two teenage boys who share the same birthday—two years apart! Outside the office, Angela enjoys taking long bike rides, hiking with her mother, spending time in her beautiful backyard, and vacationing with her family.

Tiffany joined our team in 2018 and brings more than 20 years of experience in the dental field. She is detail-oriented, an excellent multitasker, and dedicated to making sure our office runs smoothly. Tiffany especially enjoys seeing our patients’ smiles transform and witnessing the renewed confidence that comes with achieving a healthy, beautiful smile.

A native of Wisconsin, Tiffany is the proud mom of her daughter, McKenzy. Outside of the office, she enjoys arts and crafts, shopping, and working out. She loves being part of a team that makes a positive difference in our patients’ lives every day.

Danielle is an Arizona native and loves her home state and all of its culture and diversity. She graduated from the Arizona College of Allied Health dental assisting program and joined our team in June 2022. Danielle maintains a positive attitude and works hard to help our patients feel more at ease in the dental chair. She loves the connection our team shares at the office—we feel more like family than coworkers, and she believes this is what makes our practice so successful.

Danielle and her husband have two boys. When she’s not in the office, Danielle enjoys bike riding and spending time with her family.

Stacy joined Desert Vista Dental in 2000 and has been an important part of the practice ever since. In 2003 she helped to open Desert Vista Dental West and has been an integral part of the office ever since. As our office manager, she plays a key role in keeping the office running smoothly and helping to create the warm, welcoming environment our patients and team have come to know and love. Stacy enjoys every aspect of her work, from working alongside an incredible team to building lasting relationships with our patients. After so many years with the practice, she feels especially fortunate that many of our patients have become like extended family. Her experience, dedication, and genuine care for both our patients and team make her an invaluable part of Desert Vista Dental West.

Outside of the office, Stacy and her husband have been together since 2007 and are raising their 11-year-old daughter, Sydney Shea, who has Down syndrome. Sydney brings endless laughter, adventure, and love to their family and keeps life wonderfully full. Stacy is also a proud dog lover, and dog mom to Shelby, a beloved Goldendoodle. She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, cooking, and attending live music events.

Stacy is passionate about advocating for individuals with Down syndrome and is actively involved in the Down syndrome community. She enjoys connecting with and supporting other families and helping create greater awareness and acceptance. Whether she is caring for a patient, supporting a team member, or spending time with her family, Stacy brings the same warmth, compassion, and positive energy to everything she does.

Christina joined the Desert Vista Dental West team in 2019 and loves being part of such an amazing team. She especially enjoys working alongside a doctor who is always willing to learn, grow, and advance in dentistry. Christina brings her bright attitude and warm smile to the office each day and enjoys helping patients understand their treatment plans and making sure their visits are scheduled smoothly.

Christina loves everything about dentistry and feels fortunate to be part of a team that genuinely enjoys working together. She takes pride in helping create a positive experience for every patient who walks through the door.

Christina and her husband are empty nesters, but their home is still full of life with three dogs, a cat, and a tortoise to keep them busy and entertained. Outside the office, she enjoys kayaking, attending concerts, jeeping, and camping.

Kortney joined Desert Vista Dental West in February 2024 and has truly enjoyed being part of such a welcoming and dedicated team. She considers her patients like family and loves building lasting relationships while helping create a positive, comfortable dental experience.

Since joining the practice, Kortney has continued to grow professionally and enjoys learning every aspect of the dental office. Her goal is to become a well-rounded and versatile team member who can confidently step in wherever she is needed. She is passionate about continuing to learn, adapt, and contribute to the growth and success of the practice.

Outside of work, Kortney enjoys spending time with her husband, Stephen, and their three children, Matthew, Charlotte, and Logan. As a family, they enjoy playing sports, baking, and traveling together.
